1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Verification

7. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the db2777 platform — including but not limited to the db2777 brand name, logo, wordmarks, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, software, text, and multimedia assets — is the intellectual property of db2777 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from db2777.
• Use any db2777 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that could create confusion with, or disparage, the db2777 brand.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, db2777 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. db2777 will notify the player via their registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any re-verification steps required by the compliance team.
